Notice to We the People

I Travante Tucker, a member of We the People, do hereby make this Public Memorial and Testimony under God, in good faith, and upon firsthand experience and sworn belief, for the purpose of public notice, preservation of rights, and remedy in the event of escalation.

Parties Noticed

USA LLC FILINGS (hereinafter “the Company”), a private filing service holding itself out as capable of lawfully forming limited liability companies and securing related federal and state filings.

Statement of Facts

1. I engaged USA LLC FILINGS for the purpose of filing a Limited Liability Company and for the expedited processing of said filing, for which payment was accepted.
2. As part of the agreed services, the Company represented that it would assist with or facilitate matters related to lawful formation, including filings necessary to operate the LLC.
3. The Company accepted payment yet subsequently denied completion of services, and refunding only the EIN fee (missing the expedited state filing + state filing fee),specifically denying the ability to proceed unless I provided a personal Social Security Number and personal name, rather than a Trust EIN.
4. The Company asserted that a Trust EIN could not be used, despite the fact that:
   1. A trust may lawfully own an LLC;
   2. The IRS is the sole creator and issuer of both Social Security Numbers and Employer Identification Numbers;
   3. An EIN and a Social Security Number are themselves an “entity,” and they are not owned by private filing services;
   4. There is no lawful requirement that an LLC owned by a trust must be associated with a personal Social Security Number rather than a Trust EIN.
5. The denial of service was therefore made on a false premise, while payment had already been taken, constituting deceptive and fraudulent conduct upon information and belief.

Notice of Legal Violations

Upon information and belief, and for the purpose of notice and record, the actions described above may constitute:

1. Fraud and misrepresentation, by accepting payment for services while imposing false conditions not required by law;
2. Deprivation of rights under color of law, to the extent the Company represented itself as an authority or gatekeeper to lawful filing processes;

Including, but not limited to, alleged violations of:

1. 42 U.S.C. § 1983 – Deprivation of rights secured by the Constitution and laws;
2. 18 U.S.C. § 242 – Deprivation of rights under color of law.

This memorial is not a criminal accusation but a public notice and testimony, preserving rights and evidence should competent authorities determine jurisdiction or enforcement.

Public Interest and Notice to We the People

This Memorial is made for We the People, of whom I am one, so that others may be informed of the practices of USA LLC FILINGS and may act with knowledge and caution.

This document serves as:

1. Public notice of alleged fraudulent activity
2. Preservation of evidence
3. Demand for remedy
4. Record for escalation, if necessary, including administrative, civil, or other lawful processes
