Notice to Clerk of Court and Public Memorial
In the heart of this courthouse, where justice is meant to prevail, we are reminded of the sacred trust placed in the hands of those who serve the people. Each official in this Court has sworn an oath, under God, to uphold the Constitution of the United States and to protect the rights of We the People, our liberty, and our posterity.
We the People—in all our diversity—stand united by a common bond: our inalienable rights granted to us by our Creator and enshrined in the Constitution. It is the duty of every judge, attorney, and public servant to honor these rights and to act in accordance with justice, equity, and the rule of law.
This memorial is a solemn reminder that:
- All officials of this Court are fiduciaries, bound by an unbreakable covenant to serve with integrity, fairness, and honor.
- The Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and any act of dishonor or failure to uphold its principles is an affront to the very fabric of our nation.
- The Supremacy Clause (Article VI, Clause 2) affirms that the Constitution, and the laws made in pursuance thereof, are the supreme law of the land. No state or local law may stand in conflict with the Constitution’s guarantees of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
For I, as one of We the People, stand before this Court under the protection of my God-given, inalienable rights,
which are established in the Constitution, affirmed by common law, and under the jurisdiction of equity jurisprudence. As a Christian, Illinoisan National, and Beneficiary of the Cestui Que Vie Trust, I invoke my natural rights, in accordance with the Holy Bible, and demand the Court to honor its sacred duty to serve the People in truth and righteousness.
Let this Memorial stand as an eternal witness that all those who come to this Court shall be treated with dignity, fairness, and respect for their inherent rights as free individuals. In this Court, justice is not a mere ideal but a living, breathing practice that demands the utmost adherence to the law, the Constitution, and the principles of honor.
Failure to act in honor, to uphold these rights, or to protect the truth is treason against the very foundation of this Republic.
May justice, equity, and the Constitution continue to guide the actions of this Court and all who serve it.
