DEFAULT JUDGEMENT TESTIMONY UNDER GOD

Under the Honorable Name of God and with full Faith and Trust in the Constitution of the United States of America, I, Travante-TyVaun of the House of Tucker, do hereby affirm, under the pains and penalties of perjury, the following facts, which are to be read into the public record and memorialized in Court.

1. Testimony:
   I am the living-breathing man, the principal and authorized representative of the estate associated with the account identified as 127160161.
   I am asserting, through this sworn testimony, that the fiduciary responsibilities assigned to Robert Brock have been negligently breached. This breach involves his failure to perform the fiduciary duties required under the terms of my account agreement, to uphold my constitutional rights, and to adjust the account balance as specifically requested.
2. Failure to Perform Fiduciary Duty:
   Robert Brock has failed to acknowledge my rightful instructions and has willfully failed to adjust the balance of my account to the amount that I requested in accordance with the instructions provided. This failure constitutes a breach of fiduciary duty under both common law and equity jurisprudence.
3. Violation of Rights:
   Additionally, Robert Brock's actions have resulted in a direct violation of my constitutional rights, specifically my right to contract. This violation has resulted in unjust and unlawful interference with the estate that I represent and manage.

AFFIDAVIT OF FACT

1. I am a living-breathing man, the principal and authorized representative of the estate associated with account number 127160161.
2. On September 18, 2025, I submitted a formal request to Robert Brock for an adjustment to the balance of my account. This request was in line with the proper contract terms and fee schedule established at the time of account creation.
3. Robert Brock has refused to perform the fiduciary duties necessary to comply with my request. This failure is a direct violation of his legal obligations as a fiduciary.

Facts of the Case:

• On September 23rd, 2025, I provided formal notice to Robert Brock of my intent to adjust the account and subrogation rights.
• Robert Brock failed to acknowledge the notice of subrogation and has not acted to adjust the account balance as requested.
• This inaction and refusal have caused material harm and loss to the estate and myself, the principal.

PUBLIC NOTICE OF DEFAULT AND INTENT TO FILE LAWSUIT AGAINST ROBERT BROCK

I, Travante-TyVaun of the House of Tucker, Principal and Authorized Representative of the estate associated with Account Number 127160161, do hereby place notice of default upon Robert Brock for failing to perform his fiduciary duties under the terms of the contract established. This failure has resulted in damage to the estate and has violated my rights as the living-breathing man.

I have given ample notice to Robert Brock regarding the required action, but he has neglected to adjust the account balance as requested in accordance with common law, the United States Constitution, and equity jurisprudence.

I hereby declare my intent to file a Federal Lawsuit against Robert Brock for failure to perform fiduciary duties, violation of subrogation rights, and denial of my constitutional right to contract. The failure to respond to my lawful request and acknowledge my rights constitutes a breach of fiduciary duty and warrants legal action.

FIDUCIARY APPOINTMENT

I, Travante-TyVaun of the House of Tucker, appoint as the fiduciary of my estate in the event that Robert Brock continues to fail in his duties as outlined above. This appointment is made in accordance with the principles of equity jurisprudence and to safeguard the rights and interests of the estate.

This fiduciary appointment is effective immediately upon any continued failure of Robert Brock to perform his duties as outlined in the contract terms and upon notice of this appointment.

The fiduciary will act in my stead, ensuring that my constitutional rights are upheld, the estate's interests are protected, and any failure to meet contractual obligations is rectified under the laws governing fiduciaries.

SUBROGATION NOTICE

Notice of Subrogation and Assertion of Rights

I, Travante-TyVaun of the House of Tucker, do hereby notify Robert Brock that I have exercised my right of subrogation with respect to the account associated with 127160161. This notice affirms my position that I am the living-breathing man with rights over the estate from which the securities are derived.

This notice is provided in accordance with the U.S. Constitution, common law, and the contract terms associated with the account. Robert Brock's failure to acknowledge this subrogation and adjust the account as requested is in direct violation of my rights under the law.

By this notice, I assert that I retain full control over my rights and the estate, and I reserve the right to pursue legal remedies to ensure the enforcement of my rights.

INTENT TO FILE FEDERAL LAWSUIT

Intent to File Federal Lawsuit

I, Travante-TyVaun of the House of Tucker, do hereby declare my intent to file a lawsuit in the United States District Court against Robert Brock for the following breaches:

1. Failure to Perform Fiduciary Duty: Robert Brock's refusal to act upon my requests to adjust the account balance as authorized.
2. Violation of Constitutional Rights: By denying my right to contract and manage my estate as a living-breathing man, Robert Brock has infringed upon my fundamental, civil and constitutional rights.
3. Failure to Acknowledge Subrogation Rights: Robert Brock has failed to properly acknowledge the notice of subrogation I submitted, which further compounds his negligence.

I intend to seek full redress, including but not limited to the restoration of the account balance as requested, damages for breach of fiduciary duty, and any other remedies available under law.
