AFFIDAVIT OF FACT

To Whom It May Concern, Honorable Court, and the People of the United States:

I, Travante-TyVaun of the House of Tucker, the natural man and living soul, do hereby solemnly declare and affirm the following facts under the witness of Almighty God, Creator of Heaven and Earth, and in accordance with the principles of the common law, natural law, and the Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution.

FACTS AND AFFIRMATION:

1. Identity and Capacity:
   I am a living, breathing man and natural person, created in the image of God, endowed with inalienable rights. I do not operate under any presumption of legal fiction or corporate personality. The entity referenced in this case, herein referred to as the "ALL CAPS NAME," is a legal fiction, a mere corporate or artificial entity, and does not possess the capacity to hold rights, obligations, or to bring charges against a living man.
2. Jurisdiction and Authority:
   This court, and all judicial officers, clerks, and administrative officials, derive their authority from the Constitution of the United States and the states, which recognize the distinction between man and corporation. No valid contract, consent, or agreement has been entered into by me to waive my rights or submit to the jurisdiction of this court in a manner that would deprive me of my natural rights.
3. Warrant and Case Allegations:
   It is acknowledged that a warrant has been issued purportedly for the body of the "ALL CAPS NAME." However, this is a matter of the legal fiction, not of the living man. The warrant pertains to the estate or legal entity, not to the natural person. As such, any attempt to justify actions or charges against me, the natural man, is invalid, unlawful, and outside the bounds of justice and law.
4. Maxims of Law:
   According to the maxim "He who does not speak for himself, is not heard," I affirm that I am not represented by any attorney, nor do I consent to any legal proceedings that violate my natural rights. The maxim "The law respects persons, but not fictitious entities," applies here.
5. Violation of Rights and Statutes:
   The actions of the assigned lawyer Bernard Arnold Carter, and all judicial officers and executive officials involved, are in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 242 (Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law) and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (Civil Action for Deprivation of Rights). This constitutes a breach of duty, fraud, and misconduct under the law.
6. Notice and Publication:
   This document serves as formal notice to all parties, including the court, law enforcement, and public officials, that their negligence, unlawful actions, and violations of constitutional rights are being documented and will be published for public awareness, in accordance with the principles of justice and the rule of law.

CONCLUSION:

In conclusion, I affirm under the oath before God Almighty that I am a natural man with unalienable rights, and I reject any presumption, jurisdiction, or authority that is not lawfully established and consented to. Any proceedings against my person or estate without my lawful agreement are unlawful, null, and void.

This affidavit is executed voluntarily and with full understanding of the facts and law, in accordance with the Constitution of the United States, the Maxims of Law, and natural law.
