Notice to Clerk of Court and Public Memorial

NOTICE OF DEFAULT AND FAILURE TO ACT

This Public Memorial and Notice of Default is issued to place the record on notice of your failure, in your official capacity, to lawfully respond and act in good faith regarding matters affecting my constitutional and inalienable rights.

You were provided due notice and opportunity to respond. You have failed to do so. Specifically, you are hereby noticed of the following failures:

1. Failure to Respond Within Ten (10) Days
   You failed to provide any response within the time allotted, constituting tacit admission and default by non-response.
2. Failure to Provide Administrative or Legal Authority
   You failed to provide any lawful administrative, statutory, or constitutional basis authorizing the denial of my access, despite being expressly required to do so.
3. Failure to Make a Good Faith Effort to Remedy Violations
   You failed to make any good faith effort to cure or remedy the violations of my constitutional and inalienable rights, despite notice and opportunity.

Your silence and inaction constitute negligence and dereliction of duty. Negligence does not excuse violations of rights, nor does it shield unlawful conduct performed under color of authority.

NOTICE OF LACK OF AUTHORITY

You are further noticed that no authority exists permitting you, or any subordinate acting under your command, to deny access where such denial is based on reasons that conflict with the Constitution of the United States, which you swore an oath to support and defend.

This was not a request. It was — and remains — a lawful demand for accountability, transparency, and remedy.

You are also hereby noticed that the ALL CAPS NAME / ENTITY (TRAVANTE T. TUCKER) referenced in your communications (MR. TRAVANTE T. TUCKER) constitutes a copyrighted trade name and legal fiction, to which I am the authorized agent and beneficiary.

Any unauthorized use of said name or entity without my express permission constitutes copyright infringement and unauthorized commercial or administrative use. All rights are expressly reserved.

PUBLIC MEMORIAL AND NOTICE TO THE PEOPLE

This document constitutes a Public Memorial and Notice of Record. It shall be published and made available as public notice (public law) to inform We the People, of whom I am one, of the conduct described herein.

This publication serves as notice of alleged fraud, negligence, and abuse of authority conducted under color of law. Failure to rebut these claims point-for-point within 10 Days, with lawful authority, constitutes acquiescence.

DEMAND FOR CURE

You are hereby given one final opportunity to cure by:

• Providing lawful authority for your actions,
• Remedying all violations of rights, and
• Restoring access without prejudice.

Failure to cure shall stand as continued default and agreement by silence.
